Today is all about the Fall dresses and ways to style them! I love, love, love dresses and skirts in the Fall. Don’t you? They work as such a great transition piece so you’re not too hot or too cold. I think you’re going to like today’s post. I’ve got a mix of patterned and solid dresses, short and longer ones too. Linking everything below each photo for you to shop.

Orange is by far my favorite color to wear in the Fall. Added these two beauties to my wardrobe this season and they are on full repeat. The dress on the left is from Pink Lily and I’m wearing a small. The material is heavier which is great for this time of year. I love the color so much! It’s a perfect pumpkin orange. This dress is long sleeve but you can roll them up easily. There is elastic at the waist and the upper buttons are all functional. This dress can easily be styled more casually with a cozy cardigan overtop and sneakers.
The dress on the right is from Amazon. I’m wearing a small in this dress and it comes in a lot of other color options. The sleeves are also long and have elastic on the cuff so you can push them up with ease. I really love the tiered ruffle detail and v-neck. This dress looks great with a belt added, layered under a cardigan or jacket and looks great on its own as I’m wearing it. The material is lighter but not see through.

These next two dresses are so fun! The dress on the left is a midi length on me, I’m 5’7″, and is an oversized t-shirt dress. The material is very thin and light but with nude underwear underneath you cannot see anything. The buttons all down the front are functional and there are slits on each side at the bottom. Sleeves can be all the way down or buttoned up as I have shown. I prefer this dress with a belt to give me some shape otherwise it fits pretty straight and is not that flattering. It’s such a great casual everyday dress and so comfortable. Also, looks fantastic with sneakers and a ball cap.
The dress on the right is a beautiful olive green corduroy overall dress. The buttons all down the front are functional and how darn cute is it!!! I cannot get enough. I’m actually linking a similar one above and here because this was a TJMaxx find. I love corduroy in the Fall. It’s so cozy and warm. This color looks amazing with orange and yellow tones too. You can easily wear this with a lighter crew neck sweatshirt of sweater and some taller boots.

Now for the pattern dresses. I really love a floral pattern in the Fall. It’s a great way to transition an otherwise ‘summery pattern’ into the next season. Both of these dresses are from Target and under $25. Starting with the dress on the left… This dress has a v-neck, elastic in the sleeves, stitched waistline accents and a great ruffle detail. Length is perfect on me (I’m 5’7″) and you cannot beat the price.
How better to transition a dress than to be able to layer it under a sweater! The dress on the right is similar but fits differently. This dress is very much a babydoll style fit. The material just falls and flows so nicely. The neckline is all elastic so you can wear it on or off your shoulders. The bottoms of the sleeves have elastic too.
