I love making cocktails and I’ve made it a tradition on Style 608 to share a cocktail for each season. This Winter I’ve been wanting a drink to keep me warm and is creamy and smooth. That cozy and warm cocktail is the salted caramel Irish coffee. Traditionally on Style 608 I make gin cocktails BUT this one does not have gin in it. I know what you’re thinking, FINALLY, ha! Read on for the recipe.
Salted Caramel Irish Coffee
1 Shot Baileys Salted Caramel
1 Shot Jameson Whiskey
6-10 oz. Decaf coffee or non-decaf but I do not recommend mixing caffeine and alcohol.
Whipped Cream
Caramel Syrup
Some Irish coffee recipes call for butterscotch schnapps but I’m not a fan so I cut it out of my recipe.
Warm glasses with hot water then dump out. Pour 1 shot Baileys Salted Caramel and 1 shot Jameson Whiskey into glass. Top off with coffee. Add whipped cream and caramel syrup on top.

So easy, so yummy, so warm and cozy. I have a walk through video on my Instagram account @ashmarieanderson. See here.
