A Crisp Fall Cocktail

A Crisp Fall Cocktail

Hello Friends! This time of year I frequent the apple orchards and pumpkin patches, not only for great photos but for the goods! I stocked up on apples and have a great apple and gin (shocker there) Fall cocktail for all of you! If you are not a gin fan, you can easily sub for vodka. By now every time you see a cocktail recipe from me you can almost guarantee that there will be gin in it. Sorry not sorry! I hope you enjoy!

Today I will be making the Autumn Apple Cocktail. What you will need…
Gin
Apple Cider
Apple of your choice, I have honey crisp
Lime Juice
Cinnamon
Thyme
Simple Syrup

Directions:
Chill Gin (1 shot / 1.5 oz per 1 drink) over ice while cutting up apple into thin slices. You can also cut apple into matchsticks if you prefer. Rim glass with cinnamon. Once done, mix chilled gin with equal parts apple cider, half shot (.75 oz) simple syrup and a few dashes of lime juice into cup with ice. I always add more lime because I like the citrus. Add in apple slices or matchsticks and a sprig of thyme and enjoy.

Thank you all so much for reading. Until next time,
