I’m back today with a Fall drink that I love making each and every year. The only difference is that this year I am adding a scoop of Orgain Collagen Peptides which is great for your hair, skin, nails and joints. It’s tasteless and odorless so adding it to any hot or cold drink is easy. There is no dairy, it’s gluten-free, has no sugars and you get 10g per scoop of collagen peptides! It’s easy to add into your routine and great for your overall health.
You can get Orgain Collagen Peptides for yourself at and use code COLLAGENLOVE for 30% off your purchase plus free shipping!

Today I am sharing my favorite apple cider drink. It is just that, apple cider but with added yummy spices and flavorings. Check out the recipe below.

Apple Cider Recipe
1/2 gallon apple cider of your choice
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
grated ginger to your preferred taste
1/4 cup spiced rum or brandy (I am making a non-alcoholic version today)

Bring apple cider, orange juice, orange zest, clove, ginger and cinnamon sticks to a boil in a large saucepan. Let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain out the ginger, cloves, zest and cinnamon sticks so only the liquid is left. Add extra cinnamon sticks if desired and enjoy! I don’t mind a little zest in my drink but if you prefer none then use a strainer that is lined with cheese cloth.

This recipe is great with allspice and even some lemon added. I’ve altered it over the years but orange is ultimately the best. The added collagen peptides are a hidden flavor that is working to improve my hair, skin and nails without being detected. Orgain Collagen Peptites Recipe.drink Orgain
