Hello! If you haven’t seen my Fall fashion series yet, you can check it out here. I love the Fall but honestly I was not ready for it to be here yet. I wanted more time outside in the Summer sun, more of a tan and more boating! But Fall is here none-the-less so I will embrace it.

Since the first day of Fall was last weekend Saturday I wanted to share with you an idea of what to wear to a Fall wedding. You really never know what you’re going to get with the weather so you can do any number of things. My go to is either a shorter dress with long sleeves, which is what I am featuring today OR I like the idea of a maxi/midi dress with shorter sleeves or 3/4. Showing some skin in one way or another is still very flattering and sexy but not scandalous.
This week is all about finds at Forever21. The corduroy skirt I talked about on Tuesday was also from Forever21 and you can see that post here.
I was making a return at Forever21 and was walking out of the store when I spotted this beauty. I did a double take and knew I needed it in my life. Plus, I have a wedding coming up in October and this little number is PUUUUURFECT! The color screams Fall to me and the long sleeves accommodate for a change of slightly cooler weather. It’s a wrap style dress which I’m a fan of, and has the cutest little ruffle detail. The pattern gives me plenty of shoe color options too. The polka dots are actually dark navy but I chose black shoes because you cannot tell. You could also wear a heeled bootie or even over the knee boots if you wanted to with this dress. The sleeves have elastic in them so you could wear them down or pulled up. I like both looks! 
For jewelry I went with a black drop earring from Baublebar and a gold adjustable necklace. I’ve been keeping things very simple lately. You could also go with a gold earring if you wanted. I brought out my grandmothers vintage clutch again. I used it earlier this year with my Valentine’s Day look and loved it!
