Fall Fridays: Embroidered Top

Hello Lovelies! I’m so in love with Fall. The colors, the scents, the cooler temps and most off all the styles. In the spirit of Fall, and today being the first day of Fall, I will be posting a must have item each week until the end of November. Stick with me for the next 10 weeks to see my Fall must have picks.

This week I am featuring an Embroidered Tassel-Tie Tunic top from Old Navy. Currently $29. This top was marked down 40% recently at Old Navy and I’m so glad I stumbled upon it. It’s really lightweight and perfect for the Fall temps. The sleeves have elastic so you can pull them up as far as you would like. They do only go 3/4 length though. The embroidery detailing is subtle but adds just enough. I love the tassels on this top too which is why I though it went perfectly with the tassel pull on Otto Quilted Crossbody Bag from JustFab. Only $24! I went with a pair of peep-toe booties with this look. Peep-toes are like the 3/4 length sleeve of the shoe world. Mine are from Famous Footwear last year but there are similar ones available here and here. Embroidery is making a comeback not only on shirts and jackets but jeans as well. Make sure you take advantage of this trend because it is so darn cute.
